We came to Arizona looking for a home near Flagstaff. That attempt failed and I panicked knowing I only had a few days to find a home. After visiting for a couple of days we decided that we would try to find a home in the Anthem area. It was now hours before our return flight to California. We got in touch with Dawn through a listing and man did she go to work! She is a professional as well as warm and caring. I’ve never seen a more aggressive outgoing agent. When Dawn takes you on as a client her ultimate goal is customer satisfaction. We had to leave before we found the perfect home but she kept working, and the next day she had listings for us and set out to video properties.
 
She found us a wonderful home and worked with the other agent and owner to secure it for us. She was there for us when we walked in the front door and walked us through the home to make sure we were happy with this choice. About a week after we had moved in, issues came up with the owner, and just when other agents would have walked and left you hanging, our “bull dog” went to work. She demanded the owner take responsibility for his property and be on the up and up with us. She will not let you down. I have never been more satisfied with an agent in my life.
